I was started on Metformin 500mg twice a day in August. My sugar levels started coming down but still high in the mornings. The doc increased me to 750mg twice a day. I'm now getting pre meal readings of between 5 and 6.5, but morning readings are always higher still. Should I increase dose further or are these acceptable levels? TFR.
