Mixtard 30 is to be withdrawn by Novo Nordisk by the end of this year. It is feared that this will add £9million pounds to the NHS bill for drugs. It will also cause disruption for patients using it, their carers and HCP's.

Another manipulative act by Novo Nordisk. :twisted:
Disgraceful behaviour from a company who went into insulin production with the best of intentions. They ditched production of animal insulin in 2007, discontinued Actrapid pen-cartridges in 2005. This company do not care about patient choice, just manipulation for financial gain-shameful :cry:
