Type 2 Simple Low carb meals

Need help
Hi I’m type 2 diabetic
I take 1x 850 mg metformin twice a day
160 mg of glicizide twice a day
1 saxagliptin (onglyza)
Does anyone have any low carb meal recipes please , nothing to fancy as I only like basic simple meals
I’m on low budget
