My first one is on back of my arm. I keep lying on it, can’t see it to scan it and keep losing signal with my phone. As I’m self funding I don’t want to waste any, but has anyone found a less annoying spot?
You don't need to see it to scan it. Mine is on the back of my arm but slightly to the side so it's not directly underneath if I lie on my back and I just hold my phone over it, wait for the double happy beep then bring phone to the front to see it. Its a very discreet manoeuvre for when out and about.
I very occasionally get a compression low from lying on it, but not often
Scanning is a case of practice and knowledge of where the NFC receiver is on your phone.
I place my sensor towards the back of my arm quite high up. As I don’t lie on my shoulders, I don’t have a problem with compression lows.
Some people use their chest, and their thigh, and found that works for them. You just have to remember they're not licensed for anywhere but the upper arm, so you still have to do finger prick tests if you're driving.

I not aware of false high readings due to pressure.
But, as has been said many times, high readings can be unreliable because Libre is calibrated to be most accurate between about 4 and 9.
I’ve used chest arm belly , without a problem, I check my bs via finger prick if I’m driving, I’m a bit of a rebel plus it’s me that has to live with diabetes so I experiment regularly to see what works for me
