If it hasn't come down any further and 111 don't send you to hospital, I would get someone to take you to A&E. You have nothing to lose and would be a priority - one of the few benefits of diabetes! Do you find breathing laboured? Do your muscles feel generally "crampy"? If the answer to either is yes I wouldn't hesitate. Good luck

The legs? With high BGs like that, I can feel like I've cycled for my life. Or run a marathon..
So for me, high BGs can affect the legs.
