Type 1 Skin rash on lower back?

Over the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing dizziness and nausea. Been to docs but nothing came of it. Then, on Tuesday I developed a really itchy burning rash on my lower back. I showed the GP this at my appointment yesterday but he didn't suggest anything and said it looks like an allergic reaction to something... How so very helpful!!! Anyway, I have been reading some posts about Celiac disease and wondered if my symptoms could be due to this. I understand Celiac is also an autoimmune disease and that a few T1'ers on here have both conditions. Should I be tested? I have a hospital appt next Thursday with my Endo. Should I mention this to him? My rash is just so itchy all the time and only appeared on Tuesday...not ate anything different or really much at all come to that (due to my nausea) and my BG levels have been all over the place! What should I do?

Would mention it to your consultant and if gets worse before that appointment re visit gp.

Thanks Brett. Will certainly do that. Not sure about revisiting GP though. He was pretty rubbish when I went yesterday! At least I only have to wait until Thursday for my Endo appt.
