The time is 23:53. How much strongly I try I am not able to sleep. So I am posting this thread.

Still early for me in the UK. However if you are browsing the forum & can't sleep? Do not browse in the bedroom.
Any devices in the sleeping area can cause a distraction.

How is your blood sugar?
