Sleepless nights

I've had tinnitus for over forty years isn't any pill sleeping or other wise that has helped I have found the only way was to try and focus past it and at night to play relaxing music or white noise to help drown it out so as to get some sleep took a while though.

That is why I have an Amazon Echo beside my bed luckily the wife quite likes that too so doesn't object.
