Slow carbs and blood sugar levals

I am an old but card carrying hippie so the things I don't like are too numerous to mention. I am not a patriot of any kind. My country continuously shames me and themselves.
How much will a 10 gram Glucerna bar raise the glucose levels of an average person?

Hi @ron45 and welcome to the forum.

I don't think that question can be answered in a general way as everyone reacts differently to foods. I don't know what a Glucerna bar is, but suggest you test your blood sugar levels before eating it and then again 2 hours after the first bite. Then you'll know how you respond to it.
