Champix are amazing for subsiding cravings, keep a bottle of water with you and some chewing gum and you're away. The only problem I had with them (hence the still smoking) was that they made me violently sick about an hour after taking them. I've never known anything like it in my life. Although having said that I do know people who have taken them and successfully given up without the vomiting. Guess it's just an individual thing!

A way to save lots of money.
Froobes said:My levels did go a bit doo-lalley as it were but I think that was more to do with being sick rather than the tablets. I'd definitely recommend giving them a go and I hope you have a good experience and stay smoke free!
I forgot to say that although I quit with gum, the most important thing I had was a very strong desire to give up.
