I assume you are Type 1 and an insulin user. Are you using MDI or a bolus.basal regime where you can adjust your dose to accommodate for carb intake? Users of a fixed dose regime do not have that luxury. Other diabetics on lifestyle or diet only regimes or even, like me. on oral meds do need to take note of carb intake and adjust the carbs to suit the meds. I also assume you are vegetarian which brings its own challenges in using Low Carb diets. But for those of us not using insulin, we do not actually need carb intake since it is actually non essential. There are no nutrients that a carb rich diet provides that are missing in a LCHF or keto diet, but the converse cannot be said to hold true.I don't prescribe snacks named 'diabetic' and to say food is a "diabetic food" is currently illegal.
This is on the grounds that there isn't any proof that these food sources offer you an exceptional advantage over eating strongly. They can likewise frequently contain the same amount of fat and however many calories as comparative items, and can in any case influence your blood glucose level. These food varieties can likewise in some cases make a purgative difference.
The key is to design your number one bites so they fit into your general eating routine, and watch your piece sizes.
OP has edited the opening 'We' to ' I '. So presumably they agree with DUK?Seems to be another DUK cut and paste:

This one is in the food, nutrition and recipes section and the OP doesn't mention being vegetarian, merely that they prescribe a list of foods that seem to be all vegetarian.@Oldvatr I assume you are not vegetarian.
