im so proud of my daughter jane. after an hba1c of 12% last week and seeing another consultant and constant bs of 20+ we may have turned a corner. she has gone back to novomix30 40/20 units bd and sticking to a lower carb diet. well 40/60/60. she is allowed 3 snacks a day only with carbs if required.we.ve had some errors and decided there off the menu eg chips. no more pasta/ rice which make her spike. readings average now under 10. i hope we keep it up x
