Change gp practices (if possible) if they are not up to much, Anyway hope all goes well and they find out what is causing the cold feeling.
Losing the weight is ok, but if you are on say 800cal a day, you are going to be cold.
Load all your data into myfitnesspal. And find out how many cal you need to maintain your current weight and then take off 500
Normal protein, low carb and top up the remaining cal with fat/oils
It's low carb high fat, you can't do low carb and low fat
Fat don't make you fat
.You really don't seem to be eating much and that can lead to feeling cold. If you are eating too little you can also be become defic
I've just replied to you on the other thread here

I disagree with Jack about excess fat but there is also a problem with too little
If it was me I'd take a couple of weeks off of restricted dieting and have a full cal lchf diet, Atkins induction recipes are online. Though you don't need to be that strict on carbsThanks jack412. I use myfitnesspal every day and know how many cals I consume as well as nutrients. Its a brill app for that. I'd be lost wirhout it. I know I should have more fat in my diet but can't seem to fit that much in. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
I saw on vid that...
Rapid weight loss can raise your cholesterol because as the fat cells empty their last bit. they dump lipids, so ask you dr about that too
Have you had your thyroid checked?
Geordie Lass, just read that thread that Phoenix linked to and see that your on a very low calorie diet and had a Sleeve Gastrectomy procedure, when you do ring the gp just remind them of this so that they can take this into consideration when looking for a diagnosis..
