I think a slight rise in just a couple of weeks is nothing to get excited about. there are so many factors tha can affect our levels. Emotional and physical stress, problems at work or in our personal life, poor sleep, changes in the weather, other medical conditions, infections, the list is pretty much endless.
We are not machines that if you provide X amount of fuel , this or that will happen for X amount of time. We are all unique complex organic living beings, and unfortunately we do not come with a operating manual.
If after a few more weeks the trend in your results is still upward, maybe there is something going on you need to address, but I would say it's far too early to be thinking along those lines.
