But (sorry to insert a slightly less bouncy vibe) they aren't actually 'no carb' cos there are carbs in all the veg. I know that they don't have fast release carbs in them, but whoever made that Pinterest page doesn't quite grasp the carb concept. Nevertheless, they are lovely recipes.
