Hello, lately I've notice that my knuckles are sore on my hands like just knocking on doors or just rubbing the skin does anybody else have this ?? And what can I do to help stop this ? Cheers

Are your knuckles red or is the skin dry?

They are a little red and the skin is fine

Hi, make an appointment with your GP or surgery nurse, so they can have a look and you can hopefully get a proper diagnosis and the right treatment if necessary. Take care

It is possible that you have or starting to get diabetic hand syndrome. It is more common in type 1s and I have it pretty bad.

It can happen. It can be a symptom of various autoimmune disorders. In my case it abated with just normal hand care and good BS control. But if it is bad, your doctor may prescribe stuff for skincare, I guess.
