Diabetic I’ve never had this before is it diabetic related ?

That looks sore @Hit dont miss .

Unfortunately we are not allowed to diagnose, or suggest what it could be.
If I had a sore like that I would be seeking medical advice from GP, walk in centre, or pharmacy.
