Sourdough rye bread?

Hi all

Sorry if you've been here before - but just asking if anyone has tried sourdough rye bread - and if so, what were the consequences for your post prandial readings??

The lightly coloured one spikes me and I rate it about the same as brown bread.

The dense, dark one with the whole rye in it, I can have half a slice without insulin - it sends me up about 2 mmol.
