Hi @Thokozile , can you tell us a bit more about yourself?
Do you know what type of diabetes you have?
Many of us live long and healthy lives with diabetes, and it may be the same for you.

Of course we all die eventually; but, no matter what type of diabetes you have, there are effective ways of managing it, so that if you keep your blood sugar in range, the chances of dying from complications are the same as for non-diabetics. This is a great place to learn and get your questions answered. I would not be as healthy as I am today, if it were not for this website. Welcome
