Squash

Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem - my son drinks robinsons sugar free apple and blackcurrant concentrate - they have just changed the recipe - apparently the same carbs but his readings have been shocking since.....do you think it's the squash or just coincidence?

Simple solution is to try a different brand and see what happens. The super market brands are cheaper and quite often have less carbs in them.
No idea how old your son is but hormones play a part in blood sugars so if he is growing this could be a pointer. Easter holidays could also cause problems as a different routine from school days.

It's funny you should say this I to can't be sure if it's the sweetners in the squash or my daughter has just had a rise due to a recent cold and pushing her a little more out of honey moon.
I noticed the packaging had changed but has the ingriedients do you know? The sugar is the same X

The ingredients seem the same - I've stopped him drinking it now and he seems to be lower. Could be hormones and Easter too - I've tweaked everything so hopefully he'll be level again soon
