Hi all been t2 for nearly a year now, on a very low carb diet, and feel much better for it, I do feel as if my body has been cleansed, can't seem to be able to get my bg's down below 6-7's, have been 5.9 a few times, do we stabilize after a while? my highest carb intake are 2slices of Bergen bread, was just wondering if our body reaches an acceptable level and thats it.
