Latte 15
Mocha 34! (thats with cream)
Caramel mochiato 28
People that feel just because diabates is a life-threatening "illness" it should be treated with kid gloves and nobody is allowed to have a laugh. My humour got me through abuse, near death experiences, serious and debilitating illnesses and lifelong pain and deformity - why give up the thing that works??
milky coffees have a double whammy - milk (especially the lower the fat) contains milk sugars (is ti called lactose or am I being dima gain??) and caffeine which is "said" to cause peaks and troughs in BGs ... so a black decaff americano it is then!?!

Ps hav ejust *quite literally* fallen off my seat with shock at the carb values of the frescatos ... now I knew somewhere in the back of my head that they weren't exactly a health food, which would be why I only ever had one a week, but holy hell! 112 grammes of carb in one large (massimo) double chocolate flake frescato? that's like 2 days worth of carbs ... EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! no wonder I feel better since ditching the habit! coffee that is well, and sugar haha!
