Is there a method where you can get a rough idea on starch based veggies versus cellulose products.
It strikes me that there seems to be a relationship that leafy veg are cellulose based and root or bulb veg are starch based. That still leaves seeds, peas different types of beans etc.
I know there are lists but I live in the Philippines now and a lot of the veg here is not on those lists.
Appreciate any guidelines.
