Just bought think like a pancreas and Dr Trudi Deakins eat fat! I'm attempting lower carb eating to try and get on top of my diabetes. I've neglected myself for 5 years since diagnosis. A lot of it has been denial but am so glad I found this forum! I'm excited for my journey towards a healthier me
