Does anyone suffer with stiff feet? Mine feel stiff all the time and although I suffer with neuropathy I think this is caused by something else.

Do they still feel stiff after you have moved around a bit ?
If I sit too long I can get this, I put it down to getting older, as I can walk it off.

They feel stiff and tight all the time. Day and night.

Are they swollen, water retention maybe ? If you press on them with a finger do you make a dent ?

Hi,
Another scenario may be the onset of arthritis? Maybe seek advise from GP and get it checked out.
Also if you have any weight problems it could be just that especially if your on your feet a long time during the day.
