Still having trouble with hypoglycemia.uk

It is now over 2 months since I completed the Hypo Training Program at hypoglycemia.uk and filled in the end of survey survey.

Since then I have not received the promised wristband. But I have been inundated with diabetes-related spam emails. Questions on the site are going unanswered.

This looks to me like a site that has been hacked, and is being used to harvest email addresses.
 
my modules on the site still haven't loaded after about a week, so yeah, you're probably right that it's been hacked ... annoying though, it looked good at first

There is nothing unusual in not receiving wristbands, I am still waiting for my free stuff from DCUK after nearly 18 months.

The spam stopped after I blacklisted the email addresses.
 
For anyone having issues with the Hype Programme, who would like them to be investigated, please email forum@diabetes.co.uk and your request will be picked up, probably next business day.

Within that request, please be sure to describe the issue you are experiencing, , then include your name and the email address you used when you signed up to the programme. Please do not reveal your password.
