Made some savoury ones today from
100g ground almonds
3 large eggs
1tsp baking powder
1 small leek ( thinly sliced)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
8g unsalted butter
50g goats cheese
Fry the leek and garlic in the butter until soft
Combine with the remaining ingredients
Add as much freshly ground black pepper as you fancy ( I love pepper and added loads)
Spoon into 6 muffin cases
Bake at 130 degrees for 20 mins
175 cals, 1.7g carbs apiece. Nice warm with some salad

i didnt listen and used soy flour in them loovley buns needless to say tey were like mini turds so tomm im of to source the correct ingredients as u set out x
