Stinky, yewww

Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.
 
Not so stinky at moment, no idea why. Maybe it was the shower I had. Does water and soap help

Actually the smell has gone (for now). I bought that odorban as well, giving it a go, but a weird product.

And from a different perspective: I used to have an elderly friend who swore by cod liver oil capsules for her arthritis, she used to say they worked best for her when she started smelling fishy!!
