Stomach pain

For the past week or so I've been troubled by a fairly sharp stomach pain. I thought I'd pulled something at first but it's persisted over a number of days. I think it's happening when I haven't eaten much though I'm not dropping too low. I sort of forgot about lunch today and got the pain at around 4pm, though I didn't have any real hunger.

I have started to worry that I'm starving myself a bit - the weight loss has plateau'd again and otherwise I feel ok.
The thing is I have had this before - when I was diagnosed about 6 years ago. I had lost a lot of weight very quickly after a lot of stress and it was the blood tests for the stomach pain then that picked up the diabetes.

Does this ring any bells with anyone ?

Could just be your body's way of telling you that you need to eat, if the pain persists then it's better to get this investigated again.
