So you can see it is a work in progress. I want to know if I lose weight will my blood glucose levels come down. I could do with some encouragement from any one in a similar position.
By ditching the rubbish foods and carb laden stuff and sticking to a lchf regime and actually doing exercises every day! All the best to you , and use your meter to see whats ok for your bs's.Hi Clive. You are amazing. Hope I can do as well. How did you do it
Your welcome comfort , i found that by being honest with myself in exercise and the diet it works! Good luckI'll do that. I'm trying the lchf too. Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks so that's a, start. I'm walking the dog but at my weight can't do much else but it will come. Thanks for replying

Hi comfort, good evening too you! No its not dangerous and with a bit more work and control ,you will be down to the level recommended for us thats 4.4 to 5.8 these are true normal blood readings and is ideally where we would all like to be!Thanks people for replying. This morning's reading was 7.2. 7.2 again before a meal this evening and 7.00 two hours after the meal. I don'know if that is ok or if it's still dangerous. Can any one . Let me know please.
Pretty much, Personally i have as little carbs as possible. Maybe 45to 60 g a dayThanks for sharing your knowledge Clive and Daphne. I think the reading went down because I had mackerel and salad for my meal. I'm keeping off the starchy carbs completely. Is this the right thing to do?
