Hello, well done and congratulations on giving up the ciggys, I did the same 3 1/2 years ago

I noticed a little change in my blood sugars, I think it's due to more oxygen getting into your system as smoking constricts the flow of oxygen in your body ( this is without looking on Google, but it may be helpful if you looked it up), so it could possibly be that.

hopefully it will settle down soon and in the long run you will benefit so much from giving up, your health and your purse.

Good luck RRB

thanks rrb im overweight as it is so am being so carefull about what i eat as ive just started to lose weight and gain control and was a little worried about it all going out of the window so hopefully its just a glitch and will sort out
