Hello everyone and Merry Christmas for all i have two problems 1st when i wake up i find my bs about 140-160 mg/dl
which is strange as before sleep it would be 130 mg/dl and during day i went to toilet many times even my blood sugar is normal about 110 mg/dl why this happen to me i use 10 u actarapid 3 times and lantus 20 u once daily

When do you take the Lantus? It's quite common to split the Lantus dose into am and pm. You could do a basal test to see how the current dose is affecting your BS.

Going to bed at 130mg (7.2) and waking up at 140 (7.7) to 160 (8.8) isn't really strange. It's a relatively flat line. It doesn't really suggest dawn phenomenon. Starting off and ending up within 40mg/dL indicates your basal dose is doing its job and keepin you flat.

It might be a slightly higher line than you would like. But it isn't strange.

Do you do correction doses with your actrapid? Do you adjust your actrapid doses depending on what you are eating?
