Well that's a big list don't make yourself miserable for the sake of a treat. We all break the rules now & then, just a small treat sometimes does the trick & puts you back on track. From your list I would say the toast is the better choice but not white bread& lots of butter. Go on treat yourself but not all the time

Lol i know i love the lidl rolls but it just doesnt hit the spot like warburtons toastie!
Most of the time im fine and look forward to one meal splurge once a month but today i could eat everything in sight lol
stay strong .. for almost 2 years I did not cheat .. and all my hard work seems to have paid off as I appear to be in full remission ... I know not everyone may find remission .. but I am living proof it is achievable ...
find little treats that don't raise your sugars .. I have always been ok with chocolate ice cream ... Find a treat thats ok for you and on days like this it may help to take away the pain.
