Struggling today

Ooof, been doing ok and keeping carbs down to about 20g per day. Insulin down to split dose of lantus 8am 4pm and 2 units of novorapid as need during day. Bloods been good, around 6, flat line.
Today nothing different and bloods at about 10-12 and injecting 1 unit of novorapid every couple of hours, bloods staying the same!
Don't want to wack a load of insulin in but what is going on?
Have had 10 carbs so far today.

Well, not suffering from either of these at the moment. Weird. Just worried the insulin will catch up and hypo will occur.

Yes do have odd days like this for no obvious reason. All good this morning and back to 6.2 on waking up so panic over. But it annoys me as I am putting in insulin for no gain.
