Guys so it looks like I've got a Subconjunctival Haemorrhage in the right eye, the white of my eye is very red, vision is fine.
It was itching allot last night and now seems to be red. After looking on the web, it seems this should disappear soon.
Question I asking is it ok to train and lift weights with the eye in this state? I know if you've had a Vitreous haemorrhage then strenuous tasks should be avoided.
Although the condition looks frightening it is never serious. Treatment is not necessary and the haemorrhage will clear up on its own. It is similar to a bruise and the blood should be reabsorbed by your body within one to two weeks. You can carry on with your usual activities while the haemorrhage is healing. However, you should tell the doctor/nurse if you;
think you may have injured your eye, for example if something could have got into your eye, like a small piece of metal
have noticed any other unexplained bleeding or bruising elsewhere on your body;
have not had your blood pressure checked recently
have a blood condition such as lymphoma or leukaemia or are on chemotherapy for cancer. https://www.guysandstthomas.nhs.uk/...ormation/eye/sub-conjunctival-haemorrhage.pdf
