I just cannot stay without having toast smeared with jam or honey for breakfast. For diabetics that ofcourse is taboo. What can I substitute as alternatives? Any suggestions?

I sometimes have stute jam in morrisons and online or St Dalflour .....it works for me .....

For honey, I have used a little bit of sweet freedom .....I have also used it with oats to make flapjacks....you can order online and it is in some supermarkets ......
