was in a rush this morning and I forget to eat at breakfast so had something to eat on the go, had a subway sandwich 6in turkey with carrot, pickles, and lettuce, I put this in my app and it was a surprise to find it was 46g of carbs I had wholegrain bread as well. the calorie tablet was low 228 calories, I was surprise at this.
the carb content, I have between 50-100gms of carbs a day.It was my first subway in about 3 years. It just shows the importance of checking the make up of what you're putting in your mouth.
