Not been here for a few weeks but i thought i would share my good news. Diagnosed 6 months ago. Blood test was 73. Three months later it was 58. Today, three months on, bloods are 47. My Doctor was so pleased with me. It has not been as hard as i expected. I still sneak 'naughty' foods in occasionally. I tend to test at 6-7. Weight loss over this period is 20lbs. So i am happy. Onwards and downwards, lol.
