Just got the 1st hbA1c result in, 44.
So in less than 3months I have turned things around, 52 on diagnosis now in remission.
Cause I know it's not the end of it, still have to keep it under control.
But now I know how to, so all is GOOD.
Would like to thank all those on here that without your help this would never have happened as the NHS have done basically nothing to help.
Still waiting for the group sessions.

Thanx everyone, I do feel good about it, but it's not just me to thank, it's all of you on here with the posts of your own experiences then weighing up the pros & cons & coming to a logical conclusion that suits my needs.
So one BIG thanx to you all & a very happy xmas.
Here's hoping next year is great for us all in controling our condition. ♥♥♥♥
