The HumaPen Luxura HD from Lilly is a refillable pen that delivers half units. Lyumjev cartridges fit this pen.
They also have single use pens of Lyumjev for half units called Junior KwikPen.

So after a week, my insulin requirements have suddenly reverted back to my normal levels. So that is welcome!

So for anyone who is in a similar situation in the future, hopefully yours reverts back soon also.
