Thank you for posting the link regarding sugar consumption, it was so shocking, a six year old child child having 12 teeth out, a four year old too having some teeth out under anaesthetic , the parents should see how bad the teeth were with supervised teeth cleaning, it is a real eye opener and the 4th highest country in the world for eating sugar The family and their eating habits, then the Australian guy who ate, what people think, were 'healthy foods' for 60 days. It is one of the best links I have viewed lately.
Edited some wording.

Since my son has been living in Ireland he has put on nearly two stone.

I am glad I have never drunk fizzy drinks - I dont like the fizz.

But I was shocked that crisps have sugar in them!!!

I thought the sugars were naturally occurring potato carbs. I will read labels on everything from now on, and assume nothing. I dont buy much processed stuff, but will be more vigilant with those i do buy.

What a great find this documentary is - I find it unbelievable that governments aren't acting. That poor man in the wheelchair talking about his sugar addiction and all the complications of Type 2 that have resulted are eye opening indeed. And those poor kids at the dentist

It would be good to keep handy to show the saboteurs who want you to tell you "one won't hurt", "you only live once" and other mindless platitudes.
