Does anyone have a favourite artificial sweetener for cooking please?

I use granulated erythritol or a mix of erythritol with stevia.

I used erythritol or xylitol although I have to be careful with the xylitol as it’s poisonous to dogs

Erythritol, erythritol/stevia blend, erythritol "gold" for brown sugar replacement. . Liquid stevia for sweetening drnks. None of which raise my glucose levels.

As a dog owner I won't have xylitol in the house, though it is apparently good for baking.

Cool thank you. Will look in Tesco's when I next go. The frangipane I made was lovely, but it didn't help my sugar levels and I only had the tiniest bit... honest!
