So I am a type 1 diabetic and I am going to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bali in a few weeks time and I was wondering if anyone knew what I should expect my sugars to be like, will the heat have an effect on them? Is there any adjustments I need to make to my doses while over there?
