This how I make Sugerfree Jelly & Rubarb. Dice some fresh Rubarb and Stew in a pan untill the Rubarb brakes down in to it's own juice. The Jelly is the packet Suger free jelly, just pour the contents of the packet into a Pyrex dish with some hot water & add the Rubarb into the dish with the Jelly. Put the dish into the fidge to set. Tast is sweet & sour but refreshing it has the texture of eating Trifle. This is also great with some double cream & it's carb free.
