was a suggestion that mornflake superfast and quaker oats so simple porridges were much higher gi than those you boil for ages.. something to do with processing?.. what are best for lo gi even if it takes longer?.. any particular make/style?.. thanks
I am fine with normal porridge oats. I haven't tried the quick cook or oatibix since the first few weeks when I discovered it shot my blood glucose up and took ages to come down. Worse than weetabix for me.
