Tesco everyday value coleslaw contains just 3.5g /100g of carbs, at around 40p per carton.
Most supermarket coleslaws are around 6g carb, with many even more, costing over a pound.
Anyone found a supermarket coleslaw with less than 3.5g carbs?
Strange, I never really liked coleslaw before diagnosis, but since LCHF diet I love it.
A brand that we buy if we don't make our own is Meadow Fresh from Lidl, it's a cheese coleslaw and has 3.8g of carb per 100g, so not far off your 3.5g figure Ian.
