Hi guy I wanted some thoughts on what experiences if any you had with Acetyl-k-Carnitine or any other supplement for diabetic neuropathy? I’ve tried to change my diet to very low carb but my body is rejecting it in a big. I get tingling sensation and itching all over the body which keeps me up at night. When I introduce a bit more carb it improve but neuropathy in the hand comes back with a vengeance. So I’m a bit stuck at the moment really, and wondered if introducing some supplement like this one would help. I’d be grateful to know what your experience has been like.
