Very interesting...especially picked up on Berberine HCL which can match the effects of Metformin. Should you get permission from Dr I wonder before using and where can you get it. Anyone know anything about using this?

You can get it on Amazon. But obviously not advisable if you are on metformin. Always good to consult GP anyway. X

Good to know...I am trying to resist going on Metformin because I want diagnosis to confirm whether I am T2or T3a before I agree to any pills! Lost part of my pancreas in 2016.
