Supplements

Good afternoon,
Its questions on supplements taken alongside Metformin.
Whats good and whats bad?
Myself I am particularly interested in any problems taking Green Lipped mussel.
But all other supplements being used and indeed diet quirks would be of great interest.
Diet quirk for me is I have discovered kefir.
