Anyone interested in starting a topic about the day to day battles. Im trying to eat better and control my numbers. But its a daily battle for me. Anyone in the same boat???

Isn, you have just started the topic!

I think that once you take the decision that you will control numbers it should cease to be a battle.

Once you adopt a better diet (lchf) and start testing on a daily basis, the motivation given by seeing the numbers drop is all you need.
